My daughter Hope was diagnosed with bilateral conductive hearing loss at birth. After using loaner hearing aids for her first six months, my husband and I were referred to Grosse Pointe Audiology and Dr. Lezotte to get Hope her own aids. We couldn't have been sent to a better place. Dr. Lezotte went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get special hearing aids for Hope, because she was very small and less than 1 year old. She wrote a letter to our insurance company and helped guide us through the whole process. She was wonderful and she continues to be incredibly helpful. And her whole team is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and just amazing with Hope. They treat her like a little star. My 10 year old daughter has been wearing hearing aids since she was three years old, and in that time we have been to three different audiology offices. My first visit to Grosse Pointe Audiology was very pleasant. All the employees were very friendly. Dr. Lezotte did a complete exam to determine what hearing aid would be best for me and would be covered by my insurance so I wouldn't have any out of pocket expenses.
